What Is The Advantage?

The Advantage is an immersive women's leadership experience taking place December 3 and 4, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Led by Drea Gordon and Joanna Lohman, the experience helps accomplished women examine four areas that influence what happens next in their careers, businesses, leadership, and lives.

These four areas make up The Advantage Four.

How Is The Advantage Different From a Women's Leadership Conference?

The Advantage is intentionally different from a traditional women's leadership conference.

There are no giant ballrooms, endless panels, or generic instructions about becoming more confident, fixing weaknesses, building a personal brand, or becoming someone different.

Approximately 60 women will participate.

The experience centers on reflection, discussion, decision making, psychology, behavior, performance, relationships, leadership, and action.

The premise is simple.

What if nothing is missing?

Instead of asking accomplished women to become more, The Advantage helps them recognize and use more of what they have already built.

What Will Participants Learn?

Participants will work through The Advantage Four Lenses: People, Decisions, Energy, and Next.

They will examine the relationships affecting their growth, decisions they may be postponing, responsibilities consuming unnecessary energy, opportunities they may be underusing, and actions that could meaningfully change what happens next.

Each participant leaves with an individual Advantage Plan answering six questions.

Who Leads The Advantage?

Drea Gordon

Drea Gordon brings expertise in psychology, behavior, patterns, intuition, neuroscience, and the forces that influence how people make decisions.

Her work helps participants understand why they move, why they wait, what they tolerate, and what can make meaningful change possible.

Joanna Lohman

Joanna Lohman is a former professional athlete, leader, speaker, author, advocate, and entrepreneur whose career has included elite performance, leadership, reinvention, and navigating significant transitions.

She brings lived experience around performing under pressure, challenging expectations, making difficult transitions, and creating opportunities beyond the obvious path.

Together, Drea Gordon and Joanna Lohman combine behavioral insight with lived leadership experience.

Attendance is intentionally limited to approximately 60 women.

How Much Does The Advantage Cost?

An individual registration for The Advantage is $1,499 per person.

Organizations can also participate through an Advantage Company Circle.

Advantage 5. Five participants for $6,995.

Advantage 10. Ten participants for $12,990.

Company Circles are designed for organizations that want to invest in accomplished women they want to retain, develop, stretch, and prepare for expanded leadership.
